The coaching sessions were both instructive, provocative and relieving. Instructive because they got me acquainted with different perspectives to look at yourself, both individually and as part of the whole. The sessions were provocative because many perceptions were challenged by my coach or at least the question was asked why I maintain a certain perception. As a result, I revisited a couple of them by bringing them up during conversations with friends and colleagues. Relieving because after each sessions it felt like I just exercised mentally.
